These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Average Joe Faith & Fitness mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the App.

2. Fitness and Health Disclaimer

The App provides fitness, nutrition, and wellness content for educational and informational purposes only.

• The App does not provide medical advice

• Always consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program

• You assume full responsibility for your health and physical activity

Use the App at your own risk.

3. Faith-Based Content Disclaimer

Faith-based content is provided for inspirational and motivational purposes only.

It is not intended to replace professional counseling, therapy, or pastoral care.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

• You manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account

• We do not control billing, refunds, or payment processing

Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Refunds, if any, are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the App

• Attempt unauthorized access

• Upload harmful or illegal content

• Interfere with App functionality

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials in the App belong to Average Joe Faith & Fitness and may not be copied or reused without permission.

This App is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the App is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), where applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages related to App use

• Use of the App is at your own risk

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the company operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
